A BIT ABOUT ME

WE ALL BELIEVE WE CAN EAT TO LIVE BUT SOME CULINARY ARTISTS LIVE TO EAT OR SHALL I SAY LIVE TO COOK AND EAT, IN MY LIFE COOKING  HAS BEEN A FRIEND AS WELL AS A NEED,

 NOW AT THE AGE OF 58 I FEEL CHANGES IN ME AND THE WORLD AROUND ME THAT TELLS ME NOT TO TAKE THE WAY AND THE TYPES OF FOOD I EAT FOR GRANTED,  THUS I  AM NOW ON A NEW JOURNEY BE IT A CULINARY JOURNEY OR A LIFE JOURNEY AS THEY SAY YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT SO IF I CHANGE MY DIET I CHANGE WHAT I AM .

I WANT TO EMPHASISE  THAT THROUGH MY LIFE I HAVE MADE ALOT OF DECISIONS AND MADE PLANS A PERCENTAGE OF WHICH NEVER TOOK OFF SO THIS IS A POSITIVE STEP FOR ME A PLAN A NEW PROJECT ETC BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO BRING WHAT MY CHANGES ARE IN PARALLEL WITH OTHERS IN THE WORLD EITHER CHANGING LIKE ME FOR MY VIBRATIONAL HEALTH OR ON A DIETARY JOURNEY WITH NECESSITY ASPECTS WITH HEALTH ISSUES .

SO I BEGIN AS THE CAPTAIN OF THE SHIP I SAY “THE JOURNEY DOESN’T  BEGIN AT THE HARBOUR BUT IN THE SOUL”  .   

AN IDEA OF WHERE I WANT TO GET TO
